  • 1 large head cauliflower chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • Steam Vegetables: While sausage cooks, steam cauliflower and broccoli until tender (about 5–7 minutes).
  • Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the sausage mixture with the steamed cauliflower and broccoli.
  • Simmer for Flavor: Return everything to the skillet or a large pot and simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors.
  • Add Cheese: Stir in shredded mozzarella until melted and creamy.
  • Bake (Optional): For a crisp top, transfer mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle extra cheese or breadcrumbs on top, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
