- Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, optional
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
Reduce the heat to low. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken breasts.
Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
You can substitute the mozzarella and cheddar with your favourite keto-friendly cheeses like provolone or pepper jack.
For extra flavour, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach before sprinkling the cheese.
Ensure internal chicken temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) for safe consumption.
