  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced green onions or herbs for extra flavour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine diced ham, shredded cheese, almond flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and optional green onions or herbs. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs until frothy, then add to the ham mixture, mixing until well combined.
  • Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
