  • ½ cup unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • cup sugar-free sweetener like erythritol or monk fruit
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts optional, for crunch

Instructions
 

  • Melt peanut butter, butter, and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in sweetener, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until fully combined.
  • Pour mixture into a lined 8x8-inch pan or silicone mold.
