- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Add cream cheese and sour cream to the skillet, stirring until melted and combined.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix everything together.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with provolone and cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
