Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 200 g sliced Italian deli meats (salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, ham, etc.)
  • 150 g provolone or mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 100 g cream cheese, softened
  • 50 g roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1 handful fresh spinach or rocket leaves
  • fresh basil leaves
  • Italian seasoning or oregano (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Optional Extras

  • sliced black olives
  • sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Lay out the slices of salami, turkey, and turkey pepperoni on a flat surface, overlapping slightly to create a solid base.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced banana peppers on top of the meats for added flavor and crunch.
  • Lightly dust everything with Italian seasoning, adjusting the amount to your taste.
  • Gently roll the ingredients tightly into a wrap, ensuring it's snug but not bursting.

Serving

  • Enjoy the roll-ups cold or warm them up in the microwave until the cheese melts.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them before slicing and wrap tightly. Reheat in the microwave or in the oven.
