Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving some bacon fat in the skillet.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add olive oil if needed and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on each side and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping the bottom of the pan to deglaze. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce slightly thickens.
  • Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Return chicken and bacon to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the chicken and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

📋 Notes:
You can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts if preferred.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
